Flower Picking At Garden Sweet!
Fort Collins is known for many things such as Colorado State University, Old Town, upscale breweries, Horsetooth, etc.
This college town is unique because it’s almost as though there are multiple other towns squeezed into one which is why it should be no surprise that just down the street from campus lives a beautiful fresh produce farm called Garden Sweet.
Garden Sweet is located off Shields street about ten minutes north of campus.
While Garden Sweet is a fresh produce farm known for the ir amazing berries, it has become more of a tourist destination because of the mere beauty of the garden.
For people, specifically college students, who don’t have the time or money to keep up with buying fresh product, Garden Sweet offers a $5.00 entry fee to simply walk around and take pictures and pick flowers.
If you’re looking to spice up your Instagram game or simply find a little getaway from midterms and the interior of the Morgan Library, Garden Sweet is your place.
What We Enjoyed:
The staff is extremely friendly ensuring that you’re getting the best bang for your buck. If Colorado continues to stick with the trend of skipping fall and going straight to winter then there is little time left to visit this hidden Fort Collins gem.
