Spring break is coming up fast, but before you guys head off to Cabo, Lake Havasu, or the breath taking couch in your parents basement their are some amazing events going on at CSU.

1) Comedy with Nicole Byer and Aaron Kominos-Smith

Comedians and MTV stars Nicole Byer and Aaron Kominos-Smith perform at the LSC this Thursday to deliver laughs with energetic and reliably raunchy content. Reward yourself for surviving midterm exams and essays and come on down for some good ol’ fashioned humor.

2) Clarinet Pop Orchestra Concert

Kick off spring break with an evening performance by the newly formed Clarinet Pop Orchestra. This ensemble delivers some of your favorite pop genres in a visually and aurally striking performance unlike anything that you expect from the clarinet!

3) Pompeii Archive

Don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity to see eighteen large scale photographs of people encapsulated by Mount Vesuvius infamous EXPLOSION!!!! These images show people’s fear, anger, and love during their final moments before they were engulfed by lava pouring out of Mount Vesuvius back in 79 CE. These stunning photos were captured by an American photographer named William Willie who created highly detailed photographs that evoke the emotions portrayed by the poor victims of this tragedy, while showing the transitions that continue to mark the site in the twentieth century.

4)CSU Baseball Double Header Vs. Metro State:

There’s no better way to spend a spring day than at the ballpark! Get out and support your six time club baseball national champion CSU Rams as they take on Metro State in a double header!
